Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day
Contract: Part-time / Long-term / Day-to-day

A welcoming primary school in the Grantham area is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting pupils' learning, helping in the classroom, and contributing to a positive school environment. There are both part time and long term positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Assist pupils individually or in small groups with learning tasks

• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement

• Help maintain an inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing
