We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our team of support staff working with primary schools across the Sleaford area. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, long-term opportunities, or experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom with learning activities

• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

• Assist pupils individually or in small groups

• Encourage positive behaviour, focus, and engagement

• Help maintain an organised and supportive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (school experience preferred)

• Positive, adaptable, and proactive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
