Simply Education are currently recruiting a Primary School Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in the Gainsborough area, providing both 1:1 support and general classroom assistance.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a primary school setting.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils as required

• Supporting learning within the classroom alongside the class teacher

• Assisting pupils with academic, social, and emotional development

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Supporting behaviour management and engagement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

• Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential

• Patient, caring, and adaptable

• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
