Salary: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for: Experienced TAs, SEN TAs, support staff, and aspiring teachers

Simply Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a lovely, welcoming primary school in the Newark-on-Trent area on a long-term basis.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities

• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning

• Provide additional support for children with SEN or extra needs

• Help manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement

• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

• A patient, caring and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
