Teaching Assistants (EYFS/KS1/KS2)

Location: Newark & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on role and experience)
Roles: Day-to-day, Long-term, Part-time

In this role, you will be actively supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping them engage with learning, grow in confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will work in classrooms, small groups, and 1:1 settings, collaborating with teachers to deliver meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
  • Helping deliver learning activities and classroom tasks
  • Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and engagement
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience supporting children in schools
  • Hold a TA qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Have an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Be adaptable and confident across different year groups
  • Be proactive, caring, and reliable
  • Be committed to safeguarding and helping pupils progress
