We are recruiting a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a school in Brent. The role starts ASAP and offers a chance to make a real impact on the child's educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a child with ASD in the classroom.
• Assist with social, emotional, and academic development.
• Work with teachers and SENCO to provide tailored support.
• Encourage independence and positive behaviour.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with ASD (preferred, not essential).
• Patient, empathetic, and positive.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
