Teaching Assistant (KS1/KS2) - Sleaford

Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are always recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Sleaford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy making a difference in the classroom and want to contribute to a positive learning environment.

• Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in their learning and development

• Work closely with the class teacher to assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed

• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain an inclusive atmosphere

• Encourage pupils' confidence, participation, and progress

• Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred)

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to learning support

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• Passionate about education and pupil development

• Flexible roles to suit your schedule and experience
