About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities

• Working with small groups of pupils or on a one-to-one basis

• Helping students stay engaged and focused during lessons

• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Providing support to pupils who may need additional help with their learning

• Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• At least 1 year of Teaching Assistant experience in the UK

• A passion for supporting children and helping them succeed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, patient, and proactive approach

• The ability to work effectively under the guidance of a classroom teacher
