About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting multiple SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of specialist needs, including ADHD, Autism (ASD), Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
These positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Available Roles:
🔹 ADHD Support
Helping pupils with attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity needs
Supporting routines, focus strategies, and classroom engagement
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
🔹 ASD Support
Using structured routines, visual supports, and communication strategies
Supporting sensory needs and low-arousal approaches
Helping pupils build independence and confidence
🔹 SEMH Support
Supporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs
Building trust and resilience through consistent, calm support
Working with pastoral and behaviour teams to implement strategies
🔹 PMLD Support
Delivering sensory-based learning and therapeutic activities
Supporting with mobility, positioning, feeding, and personal care (where required)
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and medical professionals
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEND (advantageous but not essential)
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
Willingness to undergo safeguarding and relevant training
