The role:

• Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour, and academic progress
• Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs
• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Track and report on students' emotional, social, and academic progress
• Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within secondary schools
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Ability to adapt to different school environments
