Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant based in the Lincoln area? Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility or a longer-term role in a supportive school, Simply Education is always recruiting enthusiastic TAs to work across our network of local primary schools.

We have regular openings in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, including both general classroom support and 1:1 SEN roles.

• Day-to-day supply - perfect for flexibility and variety

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom

• Work with small groups and individuals to reinforce lesson content

• Assist pupils with additional needs and promote inclusive learning

• Help prepare classroom materials and maintain an organised learning environment

• Support behaviour management and encourage pupil engagement

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting

• A patient and enthusiastic approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to different school environments

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
