Position: Year 1 Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Daventry. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Year 1 curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Support and inspire children to reach their full potential, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (Year 1 experience is desirable).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and creating a positive learning environment.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
