We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join our partner school in Chelmsford as soon as possible. The Role
As a Year 4 teacher, you will:
Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and marking of all lessons.
Ensure high-quality teaching that supports strong pupil progress.
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with parallel teachers across the three-form entry structure.
Participate fully in CPD sessions and ongoing education and training provided by the school.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional who:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 4).
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Is committed to continuous professional development and education and training.
Has excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
