We're on the lookout for a Youth Resilience Worker to join our growing, passionate team in Amersham - supporting children and teenagers who face emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.

This isn't just a job - it's a mission. Whether you're running a boxing session to help youngsters manage anger, holding space during a tough conversation, or helping someone re-engage with school - you're changing lives.

  • Supporting young children to develop skills in resilience, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence.
  • Working alongside schools and social care teams to develop holistic support plans.
  • Being a positive role model - calm, consistent, and committed

  • Passionate about making a difference on young children facing tough challenges.
  • Experienced in working with children/teens who present SEMH needs or behavioural difficulties.
  • Emotionally intelligent, trauma-aware, and able to build authentic relationships.
