Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a child's learning journey?
We are always on the lookout for compassionate and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our network of schools in the Newark-on-Trent area.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils who require additional help, ensuring they feel included, confident, and supported throughout their school day.

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans

• Encourage learning, confidence, and positive behaviour

• Assist with classroom activities and promote an inclusive environment

• Support social and emotional development

• Experience working with children in a school setting

• A patient and positive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
