Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

We are always recruiting dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children in schools across the Newark-on-Trent area.

This rewarding role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in a pupil's educational and personal development, helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive environment.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support

• Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans

• Encourage positive learning experiences and personal growth

• Support social, emotional, and behavioural development

• Help create an inclusive classroom environment

• Experience working with children in a school setting

• A kind, patient, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

• Commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
