We are recruiting enthusiastic Child Care Practitioners to join a range of early years settings across the Sleaford area. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children's development in safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day care and learning of children in line with the EYFS framework

• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

• Promote children's social, emotional, and physical development

• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Previous experience in a childcare or early years setting

• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Committed to high-quality childcare and learning
