Level 3 Childcare Practitioner - Full-Time Nursery Role
Hours: 40 hours per week | Shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm
Start: Immediate
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21)

Simply Education are currently seeking a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner to work full-time in a nurturing and vibrant nursery setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated early years professional looking to start a new role as soon as possible.

About the Role:

• Full-time position working 40 hours per week
• Shift-based rota covering opening and closing times (7am-6pm)
• Supporting children's learning, play, and development in line with the EYFS
• Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Completing observations and contributing to learning records
• Working closely with the nursery team and communicating with parents/carers

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting young children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
