Location: Grantham and surrounding villages
Pay Rate: £115 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress.

• Implement strong behaviour management strategies with consistency and confidence.

• Plan, mark, and assess where required to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with school staff to support whole-school priorities.

• Maintain a secure understanding of safeguarding responsibilities at all times.

What We Look For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong classroom management and adaptable teaching style.

• Ability to engage and inspire pupils across various year groups.

• Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

• Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
