Role: Class Teacher (Primary - EYFS / KS1 / KS2)
Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
Salary: M1 - M6 (Depending on experience and role)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Part-Time | Supply | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available

Whether you are seeking part-time teaching, day-to-day supply, or a long-term role with a pathway to a permanent position, we have opportunities to suit your needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and experienced Qualified Teachers looking to gain experience across different school settings or secure a long-term placement.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Provide high-quality teaching across a range of school environments
  • Follow lesson plans or plan and deliver lessons in long-term roles
  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Support pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience within Primary Education (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Adaptable, flexible, and reliable approach to teaching
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
