About the Role

As a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Groundwork, you will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment, combining practical and theoretical sessions. You will support learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging teaching and assessment across multiple levels
  • Support learners through tutorials, guidance, and pastoral care
  • Contribute to curriculum development to ensure programmes remain industry-relevant
  • Manage administrative tasks accurately and professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Proven industry experience in Bricklaying, Groundwork, or Construction
  • Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying or related trade
  • Strong technical knowledge with a passion for sharing expertise
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to learner success
