📅 Contract: Day to Day - Long term - ASAP
💷 Pay: £120 - £150 per day, based on experience

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is confident managing a classroom environment.

What You'll Do:

✅ Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
✅ Ensure students stay on task with set work
✅ Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
✅ Support pupils in their learning where appropriate
✅ Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

What We're Looking For:

🎓 Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school setting)
💼 Strong classroom management and communication skills
🤝 Adaptable, organised, and able to think on your feet
🌟 A positive role model who can engage and motivate students
