🎓 About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping learning on track by:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences using pre-planned lesson materials

• Maintaining a positive, calm, and well-managed classroom environment

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, ensuring inclusivity for all learners

• Encouraging engagement, focus, and positive behaviour

• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams throughout the school day

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year UK school-based experience

• Updated DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

• Proven SEN experience within a classroom setting

• Available to start ASAP

• Confident, adaptable, and professional approach

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
