We are working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools in High Wycombe who are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately.

🎓 About the Role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep pupils engaged and on task

• Support students with a range of SEN needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment

• Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured classroom

• Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams throughout the school day

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year UK school-based experience

• Updated DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

• Proven SEN experience within a school setting

• Available to start ASAP

• Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills

• A calm, positive, and proactive approach
