We are working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools in High Wycombe who are looking for an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

🧸 About the Role:

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued

• Support children with a range of SEN needs, adapting learning to meet individual needs

• Encourage early development in communication, confidence, and social skills

• Work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and parents to support each child's journey

✅ What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of UK teaching experience (EYFS experience preferred)

• Updated DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

• Proven SEN experience within a school setting

• Available to start ASAP

• A caring, creative, and patient approach to teaching

• Strong classroom management and a passion for early years education
