Location: Alsager, Cheshire
Pay: £99.92 - £100.52 per day Job Type: Full-time / Part-time | Term-Time Only

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a combined primary and secondary provision. You'll provide general classroom support or one-to-one assistance for students with Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges, and more. Most students have EHCPs in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students 1:1 or in small groups
- Help implement learning and behaviour plans
- Build positive relationships with students
- Assist with personal care (if needed - training provided)
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Record and report student progress
As an Educational Support Worker you will need
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Experience in education, care, or support is helpful but not required
- Interest in SEND and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude
