Location: Alsager, Cheshire

Pay: £99.92 - £100.52 per day Job Type: Full-time / Part-time | Term-Time Only

Make a Real Difference in a Young Person's Life

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a combined primary and secondary provision. You'll provide general classroom support or one-to-one assistance for students with Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges, and more. Most students have EHCPs in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students 1:1 or in small groups
  • Help implement learning and behaviour plans
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Assist with personal care (if needed - training provided)
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Record and report student progress

As an Educational Support Worker you will need

  • Patience, empathy, and resilience
  • Experience in education, care, or support is helpful but not required
  • Interest in SEND and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude
