Salary - £25,000 - £41,000

Simply Education We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our school in High Wycombe. Our school is committed to providing tailored support to young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those with ADHD, who may find mainstream education challenging. As an English Teacher you will play a crucial role in helping these students develop their literacy skills and gain confidence in their abilities.

As an English Teacher you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that cater to the specific learning needs of each student. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons and tutoring sessions as an English Teacher ensuring the learning is accessible and stimulating.

Provide one-on-one support as needed, helping students to build their understanding and confidence in English.

Collaborate with other staff members to create individualised learning plans for each student.

Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet the student's evolving needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

Qualified English Teacher

Experience in working with young people, particularly those with ADHD or other SEMH needs.

A passion for making learning accessible and enjoyable for all students.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and support staff.
