Contract: Long-term (on-going)
Salary: £24,019.00 - £27,102.00 Pro-rata

Simply Education is excited to be recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on behalf a friendly Primary School in Frodsham. The school is dedicated to providing support to meet the individual needs of every pupil, ensuring they reach their full potential and develop into active citizens of the community.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HLTA to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering targeted interventions, working both within the school and off-site to provide bespoke provision for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting pupils within the school environment as well as in bespoke out-of-school settings

- Delivering tailored interventions to meet individual pupil needs

- Supporting pupils' holistic development, focusing on their social, moral, spiritual, and cultural experiences

- Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils to promote their academic and personal development

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role

- A passion for working with children with special educational needs and disabilities

- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for off-site support)

- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic team

- Commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
