We're working with a welcoming and well-organised primary school just outside of Colchester, seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver PPA cover across EYFS to Year 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across all year groups.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across the full primary age range

• Supporting learning and managing classroom behaviour

• Collaborating with class teachers and wider school team

• Providing consistency and continuity for pupils during teacher PPA time

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience at HLTA level

• Confident in leading whole class sessions

• Flexible and proactive approach

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, offered at a competitive daily rate in line with your experience.
