HLTA - Primary School - Gravesend
Full-time | 5 days per week | Immediate start

We are working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Gravesend who are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to join them as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, term-time role, covering classes across the whole school from EYFS through to Year 6. You'll need to be confident leading learning independently, stepping into different year groups and maintaining consistency across the school.

The role will involve:

• Covering classes across all key stages

• Leading whole-class teaching in the absence of the class teacher

• Supporting pupils' learning and progress across a range of abilities

• Working closely with class teachers and SLT

• Maintaining strong behaviour management and high expectations

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as an HLTA or significant experience leading groups of children

• Be confident covering lessons across different year groups

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

• Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)

• Be able to commit to full-time, term-time work

Pay is between £100-£120 per day, depending on experience.
