Humanities Teacher (History / Geography / RE)

📄 Contract: £140 - £195 per day
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Humanities Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students across History, Geography and/or Religious Education at KS3 and KS4.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, we welcome applications from motivated professionals who are eager to make a positive impact.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic progress and personal development
- Work collaboratively within a friendly Humanities department
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (or equivalent)
- Has experience teaching Humanities in a UK secondary setting (or relevant placements)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Is passionate about Humanities and student achievement
- Is organised, adaptable, and a team player
