Simply Education is working closely with a respected grammar school in High Wycombe to recruit an enthusiastic and committed KS3 & KS4 MFL Teacher who can teach French and German, starting just after the Easter break.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with UK teaching experience who is passionate about languages and enjoys teaching motivated, high-achieving pupils in a supportive academic environment.

✏️ The Role

  • Teaching French and German across KS3 and KS4

  • Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons aligned with the curriculum

  • Supporting pupils in developing confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing

  • Preparing KS4 pupils for assessments and exams

  • Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

  • Working collaboratively with an established and supportive MFL department

📅 Role Details

  • Start date: Immediately after Easter

  • Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

  • School type: Grammar school

  • Contract: Temporary placement (with potential for extension)

✅ Essential Requirements

  • Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) status

  • UK classroom teaching experience

  • Ability to teach French and German

  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach
