Job Title: Learning Support Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham
Salary: £82.02 - £96.96 per day
Start Date: September 2025

Simply Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Grantham. These roles involve supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers and thrive in the classroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in education - whether you're experienced or looking to begin your journey in a support role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with classwork and activities

• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning materials and approaches

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning behaviours

• Provide encouragement and emotional support to pupils with additional needs

• Assist with classroom organisation and general administrative support

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a Primary school setting

• A patient, understanding, and supportive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn and undertake training

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
