Job Advertisement: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (L3 TA)

Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: After Easter

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant (L3 TA) to join our schools in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working within UK schools
• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• Strong classroom support skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
