About the Role

Simply Education is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in March for the summer term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children in a primary setting and making a positive impact on their early educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines.

About You

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
