💰 Salary: £31.650-£42.000 per annum

Are you a passionate Maths Teacher ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're working on behalf of a welcoming and supportive SEN school in King's Lynn that is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach small classes, deliver creative lessons, and truly connect with pupils who thrive in a nurturing and structured environment.


About the Role:

  • Deliver accessible and engaging Maths lessons to students with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD

  • Differentiate learning and provide 1:1 or small group support where needed

  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team of SEN specialists and support staff

  • Encourage confidence and independence in mathematical thinking and everyday numeracy

  • Monitor, assess, and support student progress using tailored strategies


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiation

  • Experience teaching Maths, ideally in a SEN or alternative provision setting

  • Patient, positive, and creative approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

  • Genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
