Role Overview:
We are looking for an inspiring Music Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, nurture students' musical talents, and contribute to the wider cultural life of the school. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4 and support extracurricular music activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons in line with the curriculum.

• Teach practical and theoretical music skills to students of varying abilities.

• Prepare students for performances, exams, and assessments.

• Lead and support school ensembles, choirs, and musical events.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.

Requirements:

• A degree in Music or a related field.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (or willingness to train).

• Strong musicianship and performance skills.

• Experience teaching music (school or private tuition).

• Excellent communication and classroom-management abilities.

• Passion for developing students' musical potential.

Desirable:

• Ability to teach specific instruments (please specify).

• Experience conducting ensembles or choirs.

• Knowledge of music technology and composition software.
