We're on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting not too far from Aylesbury. This is your chance to shape children's first experiences of learning in a warm, supportive, and community-focused environment.

✨ What's on offer to you as a Nursery Manager

• Permanent, full-time role

• Salary from £30,000-£32,600

• Flexible shift patterns:
  * Early start/early finish (7:30am start)
  * Later start with 6:30pm finish

• Supportive leadership team and welcoming school community

• Initial temp cover period (13th - 31st October) with a seamless move into a permanent contract

👩‍🏫 Who we're looking for as a Nursey Manager

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years (or above)

• Strong EYFS knowledge and leadership experience

• Someone who thrives on building a safe, stimulating, and happy environment for children

• A confident manager ready to support staff and bring out the best in the team
