The Role:
As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding. You will lead and inspire a team of early years professionals, manage operational and administrative functions, and build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

They are now seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the team and ensure the continued success of their setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring a high-quality early years experience for all children
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation (EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety)
Oversee nursery operations including staffing, budgeting, payroll, enrolment, and record-keeping
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practice
Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, supporting their child's development and well-being
Support staff development through regular supervision, appraisals, and training
Ensure effective planning and assessment in line with EYFS frameworks
About You:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable)
Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Organised, reliable, and capable of managing all aspects of nursery operations
Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and early education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willing to obtain)
