The Role:

As Room Leader, you'll manage a busy room of early learners, leading your team to deliver an exciting, high-quality curriculum. You'll plan and implement activities that encourage exploration and independence, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You'll also play a key role in mentoring staff and communicating with parents.

A large, nursery offering high-quality early education and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your team in daily room operations
• Plan, assess, and evaluate engaging learning experiences
• Monitor and improve quality and compliance standards
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and staff

Prerequisites:

• Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting
• Strong EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding knowledge
• Excellent mentoring and organisational skills
