We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to temporarily lead one of our partner nuresries rooms during a manager's absence. In this role you will oversee the planning and delivery of activities, mentor the team in your room and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily running of the room: planning, staffing and resources.

• Promote and maintain the quality of the educational programme in line with EYFS.

• Monitor, support and develop the room-team practitioners, providing guidance, mentoring and feedback.

• Ensure regulatory compliance: safeguarding, health & safety, staff supervision & training records.

Prerequisites / Person Specification:

• Level 3 (or higher) in Early Years or related qualification.

• Previous experience in a nursery setting with some leadership or supervisory responsibility.

• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and support others, work under own initiative and uphold high standards.
