Job Title: Nursery Teacher

Pay: £160-£220 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Long Term / Permanent

Simply Education is working with a supportive primary school in the area that is looking for a Nursery Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years / EYFS specialist to lead a Nursery class, creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports children's early development, communication skills, and school readiness.

The Role

• Lead a Nursery/EYFS class and guide children's learning and development

• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on activities through play

• Support early reading, phonics, language, and social skills

• Observe, assess, and track children's progress

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

• Work closely with support staff and parents

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years teaching experience

• Experience working in Nursery or Early Years settings (preferred but not essential)

• Good understanding of early child development

• Positive behaviour management and strong organisational skills

• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
