Primary Teacher - Kettering

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) / Upper Pay Scale (UPS), dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Location: Kettering
Start Date: ASAP

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Has proven experience working in a primary school setting

• Understands the national curriculum and delivers it effectively

• Is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and purposeful lessons

• Can manage the classroom with confidence and build positive relationships with pupils

• Holds a current DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)

Your Role Will Include

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to support individual achievement

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and respectful classroom environment

• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote pupil success

• Contributing actively to the wider school community
