Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

Simply Education are working with a primary school in Lincoln who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding role where you will support pupils across the school to reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils where needed

• Encourage positive behaviour, learning, and independence

• Assist with preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with children

• A patient, friendly, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
