Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Sleaford
Pay: £82.02 - £96.96 per day
Contract Type: Part-Time

Simply Education are working with a primary school in the Sleaford area who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their learning and make a real difference within the classroom.

What you'll do:

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils where needed

• Encourage positive behaviour and help children stay engaged in learning

• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources

• Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting (paid or Volunteer)

• A patient, flexible, and supportive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children

• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly Sleaford primary school and support pupils on a part-time basis.
