Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

We are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Lincoln area.

This rewarding role is ideal for someone passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred)

• Patient, proactive, and supportive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• Committed to supporting education and pupil development
