Location: Sleaford and sourounding areas
Pay: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)
Contract: Part-time / Long-term / Day-to-day
Start: Ongoing

We are always on the lookout for dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Sleaford area. Whether you're experienced or looking to develop your classroom skills, there are ongoing opportunities to work within supportive and welcoming primary settings.

Role Overview:

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Assist with learning activities and small-group support

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

• Work closely with teachers and support staff to enhance learning

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not essential

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children

• Confident working across different age groups

• Flexible and able to adapt to daily needs
