We are currently working with a friendly and supportive primary school to recruit a dedicated Reception Teacher. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic EYFS specialist who is passionate about supporting children at the very start of their learning journey.

The Role:

• Teaching a reception class in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development
• Monitoring and assessing progress using EYFS assessment tools
• Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Working closely with support staff, parents and senior leaders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECTs welcome)
• Has experience teaching in EYFS / Reception
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Is nurturing, creative and child-focused
• Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update service
