Simply Education is recruiting a Catering Assistant to support a school kitchen in Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire.

This role is well suited to someone reliable and enthusiastic who enjoys working in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation and service

• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas

• Supporting the cook with daily kitchen tasks

• Following food hygiene and safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Food Hygiene training

• Basic understanding of food safety practices

• Ability to work 21 hours per week

• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Previous catering or school experience desirable
