🧩 About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to engage, grow in confidence, and achieve their full potential. You may work 1:1 with pupils or support small groups, collaborating closely with teachers and SENCOs in a positive, inclusive environment.

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same-and where your support truly matters.

✅ Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a UK school

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
